For sofa seat cushions that are used daily, high-density foam is usually the preferred choice.
The lifespan of high-density foam depends on usage and quality, but it can typically last between 5 to 10 years or more. With proper care, high-density foam cushions retain their firmness and support much longer than conventional sponge cushions.
