(Translated by Google) I feel incredibly lucky to have found this shop owner online!

A few weeks ago, I specifically purchased a "special antique" from China for a special occasion. When it arrived, while I felt its quality was only average, what was most heartbreaking was that despite being carefully packaged in bubble wrap, it was damaged during unprofessional shipping, almost breaking in two.

I immediately searched online for antique restorers. Because it was a "special antique" and the restoration was quite difficult, many people refused to take on my order.

Only Eric (RS Antique Furniture & Repair) responded to me very patiently and kindly.

Eric didn't initially guarantee he could fix it, considering the difficulty and the short timeframe I requested. However, he ultimately agreed to do his best to restore the antique. Throughout the entire communication process, he was incredibly patient and kind, which made me feel very at ease.

I am extremely satisfied with the final restoration result, and I am very grateful to Eric for his dedication and superb restorative skills!

RS Antique Furniture & Repair truly provided excellent service, and I will definitely visit them again!

Thank you again to Eric and his staff! His staff were also very kind and friendly; thank you so much! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

(PS: Because this is a "special antique", I cannot provide photos. But the review I wrote is completely my true feeling, and I am very sure of this review. 🫡)

I’m really so lucky to have managed to search this boss online. I bought a “special antique” all the way from China a few weeks ago for a special occasion use. When the antique arranges, the quality of the antique was so-so only, but the most devastating part is though bubble-wrapped, due to the unprofessional logistics delivery, my antique was damaged and at the condition of breaking into two pieces. I quickly searched online for antique repairs workmanship, due to it being a “special antique” a lot of people rejected me. Only Eric from RS Antique Furniture & Repair replied me with patience & friendliness. He didn’t promise me straightaway that he could help with it as there’s a level of difficulty in repairing it within a short timeframe given by me. In the end though, he gave his word to do his very best in helping me repair my antique, & was very patient and kind throughout our whole communication. I’m very satisfied & grateful to Eric for the outcome of the repair workmanship. RS Antique Furniture & Repair seriously provides good services & would visit again. Thank you so much again Eric & your worker too, he was very kind too!!🙏🏻🙏🏻

RS Antique Furniture & Repair
